Please make your payment within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation of order from ummiZADA through email so we can get the product out to you as soon as possible. After the twenty-four hours dateline, the product will be relisted on our website, unless requested by the customer to hold the product. The item will be held for another twenty-four (24) hours before relisted in our website. We appreciate prompt payment and look forward to your business in the future.

We normally charge minimum fee for shipping based on the weight of the goods purchased by customers. This shipping fee is determine by POS MALAYSIA and we do not take profit from the shipping fee.
The shipping would normally take 2 - 5 working days (in Peninsular Malaysia) and 7 -10 days (to East Malaysia), depending on the location of the delivery. The information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
